Competing at Wodapalooza

Bring me back to sunny weather, tight braids and barbells. I had the honor of competing at the national fitness competition Wodapalooza in Miami in February 2019 The event was incredible to be a part of and I was happy with my performance in spite of having come off of surgery.

Competing can be intimidating but it’s worth putting yourself out of your comfort zone.
